A: Potta Plantta is a registered business entity in Singapore that operates under strict rules and regulations set by the authorities.
Q: Do you have a retail store and what are your operating hours?
A: We have a home studio/nursery located at 48 Bedok Ria Crescent, S489864.
Our operating hours are as follows:
Please make an appointment with us before coming down.
Monday - Saturday : 9-9pm
Sunday : 1-9pm
Q: Do you accept other modes of payment besides Credit/Debit Card and PayPal?
A: We accept PayNow or Bank transfer. Please contact us directly at +6587499931 to place your order.
Q : What is so special about your products?
A : Potta Plantta collaborates and support artisans from South East Asia. We believe in fair trade and sustainable practices that benefit the local community. Our products are all handcrafted individually, which requires expertise and time. Buying such products supports artisans who are passionate about their craft. Handcrafted products are personal to each artist and we should celebrate their journey, their individuality, and their talent. This is something we value a lot when everything around us is mass produced in factories via cheap exploited labor in this current age.
Q: Are your products preorder or do you have them in stock?
A: We have physical stock of all our products as we want our customers to receive their products as soon as possible once an order is placed.
Q: An item is out of stock, when will it be in stock?
A: We restock our products regularly but some products may take some time to be completed by the artisans and shipped. Please contact us (click here) for updates.
Q: I’m not sure what pot size is suitable for my plants. Can you help me?
A: Please contact us (click here) or Call/WhatsApp us at +6587499931 and we will help you find that perfect planter for your planting needs.
Q : Do you accept returns?
A: We want our customers to have full confidence when shopping with us, perhaps you bought the wrong pot size and would like to change it? Or you want to change a different pot design. Contact us and we will be happy to assist you. We do not accept refunds for plants.
We allow returns on the following conditions:
Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.
Items will be inspected and must be undamaged in its original condition and packaging that came with it.
Due to hygiene reason, we do not accept items that came in contact with soil or any other organic material.
All returns must be dropped off at Potta Plantta’s office.
There will be no refund of delivery fees.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days via the previous payment method.
Collection & Delivery
Q: Do you provide international shipping?
A: We do not provide international shipping. We value our customers from around the world and we are currently working to find a shipping option that is affordable for our customers. We will update our customers once this option is available.
Q: How much is delivery?
A: For orders below $99 delivery will be:
$5 Standard delivery
$8 Express delivery
Orders above $99 are entitled to free Standard delivery.
Q: How long will it take to delivery my products?
A: You can expect to receive your orders within:
Express delivery — 1 day
Standard delivery — 3 days
Q: What are your delivery timings?
A: Once your order is confirmed and ready to ship, we will arrange a delivery timing with you.
Q: I would like to self collect my products, where and when can I do it?
A: While we do offer affordable delivery for our customer’s convenience, we also offer free self-collection at two locations. Please indicate your preference on the form when checking out.
